Inspired from Swami Vivekananda Rupam started his spiritual journey in 2010.
Over a period of 12 years, he learnt different meditation techniques under many master viz. Swami Veda & Swami Rama of SRSG, Sri Sri Ravishankar of Art of Living.
Expertise Breath Awareness based Relaxation techniques.
How do you see Meditation?In pre – colonial times gurukul system was our society’s main education model. Development of a holistic character was the main Moto in the times. Meditation or dhyan was given the for-most importance along with karma yoga.
Today as a result of bread earning western education, our minds are full of worries, anxieties, less confidence and low levels of compassion and other good human qualities.
I see Meditation as a bridge between our current state of mind and to-be-achievable joyful, serene and fulfilled State of mind.

At meditation cafe we focus on ‘ Pre – meditative ‘ exercises. After learning these simple methods, you will easily & naturally enter the peaceful zone.
That is why our classes are in the morning from 6:30 to 7:30.
The challenge will be to be awake early. Modern lifestyle do not allow this much until you are a natural early bed rise. One habit that can help you is to be in bed & eyes closed by 10 pm at any cost. Listen to piano if you are not able to sleep.
Basically, early to bed is early to rise.
From day 1 you will look forward to every morning for the class.
We strongly suggest you to attend the LIVE sessions. However, we still provide you the recorded session for 24 hrs. To catch up.
